Responsibilities & Functions:
Qualifications:
The compensation for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bon to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.

Responsibilities & Functions:
- Work with a team of software engineers responsible for the software design, development, and operations for new and existing products
- You should be willing to contribute anywhere within our tech stack and have an eye for clean coding best practices as well
- You recommend and justify major changes to new and existing products and establish consensus with the team
- High level system design and architectural documentation
- Prototyping/Spiking new functionality for proof of concepts and technical feasibility
- Working with Engineering and Product Management to help create and maintain roadmap
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with application design, Angler, Java, Python, PHP, .NET and some Cyber Security
