Job Title: Windows Server Administrator
Location: Richmond, VA (Remote) Must pick up equipment in person

Position Overview
The ideal candidate has strong experience with AWS services, serverless architectures, full-stack web development, and infrastructure automation, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency with the AWS Cloud Platform
- Strong experience building full-stack web applications using:
- React, Node.js, TypeScript
- AWS Lambda and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB)
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Node.js
- Solid understanding of:
- Git and version control
- DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across diverse technical and business teams
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends
Preferred / Additional Considerations
- Experience with on-premises (Windows Server), cloud, and hybrid environments
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Developer Associate)
- Microsoft Server or infrastructure-related certifications
