Job Details
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of experience in device testing and certification, including wireless network performance (4G, 5G, Wi-Fi).
- Proficiency in wireless technologies, including VoLTE, VoWiFi, 4G, 5G (SA and NSA) network architecture and protocols.
- Experience in triaging device defects on Android or iOS devices.
- Experience with device logging tools such as QXDM, XCAP, and XCAL.
- Experience with network simulator boxes, including Keysight UXM.
- Experience in developing and maintaining testing strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Measure wireless network performance, including 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Develop and maintain testing strategies, test plans, and test cases for customer experience.
- Collect logs and perform triaging of defects from device testing.
- Perform field walk tests to simulate customer experience use cases.
- Prepare test reports and presentations detailing test findings.
- Coordinate debugging sessions between OEMs and engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Support device technology initiatives, including Data offload over WiFi, CBRS, and 5G SA.
