Senior Implementation Consultant WorkForce Software (WFM, HRIS, Payroll, SaaS Solutions)
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, I lead end-to-end implementations, configuration, and optimization of WorkForce Software solutions, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, Fatigue, and Analytics. Partnering with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams, I design scalable solutions, ensure compliance, and drive global workforce efficiency.
Key Focus Areas:
Full-cycle WorkForce Software implementations and ongoing application management.
Requirement gathering, solution design, and advanced configuration (Policy Editor, RBPs, Scheduling, Leave rules).
Integration support with HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
Compliance alignment across regions (North America, EMEA).
UAT/regression testing, upgrades, and change management.
End-user training, stakeholder alignment, and customer success sessions.
