  • Define data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes in collaboration with URI functional and technical leads.

  • 7+ years' experience in data migration/conversion, with at least 3+ years leading Workday data conversion projects.
  • Expertise in ETL methodologies and tools such as Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Talend, Informatica, SQL, Alteryx, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience with data conversion for PeopleSoft and Workday (HCM, Finance, Payroll).
  • Prior experience managing data migration teams on enterprise-scale projects, ideally in higher education.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
