Job Description:

Over all 8 + years experience is required

Workday Functional Consultant(Exp in Recruitment Module)

Should have experience with one-two implementations

Have understanding on lifecycle of hiring i.e rec to hire process

Understanding on niche workday configurations

Understanding of offer templates

Exp with Job boards and external career sites

Exp in background check (HireRight is the provider for Biogen)

Some understanding of compensation setup

Some understanding of custom integrations
