Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Advisor HRIS (Workday) to lead the strategy, configuration, integration, and optimization of our Workday platform. This role is highly visible and will partner across HR, IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that transform employee experience and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for Workday release planning, data security, integrations, testing, and solution design. This position is ideal for a Workday-certified professional with deep technical knowledge, a passion for HR technology, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the enterprise.

What You ll Do

  • Lead Workday configuration, integrations, and security architecture strategy.

  • Partner with Employee Experience, IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to deliver enterprise solutions.

  • Develop testing strategies and oversee Workday release management.

  • Audit, monitor, and enhance Workday modules, integrations, and data security.

  • Provide hands-on support for escalated issues requiring deep Workday expertise.

  • Recommend enhancements to improve automation, data integrity, and system adoption.

  • Document system architecture, processes, and data lifecycle for compliance and continuity.

What We re Looking For

  • 7+ years of Workday HCM experience with increasing responsibility.

  • Workday certification required (HCM Core or equivalent).

  • Proven expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, security, and business process design.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; skilled in requirements gathering and process improvement.

  • Program/Project Management experience with cross-functional initiatives (PMP certification preferred).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and end-user training skills.

  • Self-starter with adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
