Job Title: Workday HRIS Trainer (Workday HCM, Talent Optimization Public Sector)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - Local candidates Only)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications- High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience in human resources
OR
One (1) year of experience at the lower-level HR Specialist 2 (HRP021) or position equivalent - Experience delivering training through multiple methods (in-person, online, virtual, multimedia, etc.) minimum 2 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate credibly with audiences at all levels
- Strong program management and administrative skills with the ability to organize, manage details, and keep multiple tasks/projects on track
- Aptitude for learning and using technology for training design and data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft SharePoint
- Ability to travel as needed for training delivery
- Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management), or other Workday modules within an HR department as an administrator or trainer (1+ year)
- HRIS systems training experience (1+ year)
- Experience analyzing training data and generating reports/presentations
- Experience maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Deliver training and content related to the State's human resources information system (GA@WORK powered by Workday)
- Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship program creation, interviewing and hiring best practices, and use of GA@WORK for recruiting
- Research GA@WORK training best practices to support continuous program improvement
- Analyze GA@WORK-related data and generate graphic and narrative reports and presentations
- Maintain and update training course materials, exercises, handouts, and exams to reflect best practices and incorporate changes in policies, processes, forms, or systems
- Conduct instructor-led virtual and in-person training to deliver HRA-approved courses to state entity staff
- Utilize systems training environments or related tools to lead student activities
- Assist with the maintenance of HRA's Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment requests and other administrative tasks
- Respond to training-related requests from a variety of stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
