Design and implement Workday Studio integrations that leverage Stream XML Splitters, Aggregator Patterns, and Document Accessors to process large data sets from Payroll and Financial modules with memory-efficient mediation.
Define architectural workflows for ERP-to-Workday system cutovers, incorporating data lineage mapping, real-time cleansing logic, and reference table reconciliation across source systems such as PeopleSoft or SAP.
Configure Workday Core Connector: Payroll and Supplier Invoice integrations to emit country- specific formats (eg, NACHA, ISO 20022 XML, Positive Pay) with layered XSLT transformations and dynamically injected header/footer records.
Generate report driven outbound integrations using calculated fields, custom report joins, and Raas to deliver structured payloads to government reporting systems (eg. Grants.gov, State portals, NSP Eastlang) via SFTP or REST.
Establish external system authentication schemas using Authentication Selectors, Workday Web Service Credentials, and API keys for secure, encrypted transactions between Workday and enterprise middleware via Apigee or MuleSoft.
Construct and schedule inbound EIBs with data suppression rules, tenant-aware audit comments, and role-based launch security to update Worker, Cost Center, or Position data from third-party HRIS or financial systems.
Drive tenant-specific integration decisions in public sector implementations, accounting for multi-level supervisory orgs, civil service job frameworks, and union bargained compensation plans when modeling security and data flow.
Create parameterized Workday Studio sub- assemblies with namespace-stripped output to abstract logic for reuse across onboarding, payroll, and supplier payment integrations, supporting local-in/local-out contest transfers.
Review Studio designs for anti-patterns such as deep in-memory iteration, unbatched write steps, or string-based aggregation, replacing them with streaming models and pipelined logic for performance and scalibility
