Job Details
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
- 5 8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, HR strategy, or talent management
- Strong understanding of workforce analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to influence across levels and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data querying and management,
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
