Job Details

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
  • 5 8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, HR strategy, or talent management
  • Strong understanding of workforce analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP)
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to influence across levels and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data querying and management,
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
