Job Title: Worksoft Automation

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in test automation with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using Worksoft Certify.
  • Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and end-to-end business process flows.
  • Proficiency in designing data-driven and modular automation frameworks.
  • Experience integrating Worksoft with tools like Jenkins, ServiceNow, or HP ALM.
  • Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC), Agile methodologies, and defect management.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Worksoft Execution Manager, Analyze, and Impact.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Ariba automation projects.
  • Familiarity with API testing or scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of DevOps and cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).

Educational Qualifications:

  • Required - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
  • Preferred - Master s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

  • Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
