Title: Zilliant Pricing Solution Architect

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: 6+ Months

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works on problems of moderate to large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine and lead appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
• Assists with the analysis of medium to Enterprise-size client requirements and design of comprehensive technical solutions.
• Serve as a project s lead technical resource.
• Design and manage the overall architecture of the projects
• Lead other technical resources on the Zilliant project.
• Special focus on Price Manager and integration aspects of the projects.
• Engage with the customer at all levels and especially the technical/architecture stakeholders.
• At times, roll up the proverbial sleeves and assist the project with areas of complexity.
• Interact with the business to understand requirements around Zilliant Price Manager and Price IQ implementations.
• Suggest different solutions leveraging out of the box Zilliant Price Manager or Price IQ capabilities.
• Support business analyst in user story definition / sizing.
• Design the price waterfall and analytics that will live inside or come from Zilliant Price Manager.
• Develop detailed Technical design and architecture to implement Zilliant pricing software per client requirements.
• Lead the integration of Zilliant pricing software in customers technology ecosystem.
• Advise customers' integration teams on Zilliant web APIs.
• Develop job workflows between Zilliant Price Manager and additional systems to bring in or export data.
• Implement Pricing & Analytics functionalities using Zilliant Pricing Solution.
• Assist in overcoming functional / technical changes through configuration / customization.
• Support in defining integration mappings and actual Integration with external applications.
• Liaison with Zilliant Product team in overcoming the Zilliant Pricing product issues.
• Engage with all Zilliant pricing projects, as needed, to guide team members during implementation of new product functionality and specialized customer needs.
• Support in solutioning for new Zilliant pricing projects.
• Support to provide high level and/or detailed estimates for implementation.
• Excellent understanding of designing for performance and performance tuning.
• Excellent understanding of how different systems in a SaaS solution fit together and how the data will flow.
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and co-workers.
• Experience with Big Data storage, pricing, and analytics technologies.
• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
• Designing high performance Analytics with Tableau or similar visualization tool, preferred.
• Experience with quoting applications a plus, preferred.
• Experience of managing and working with onshore and offshore resources, preferred.
