Job Details
Juno is hiring a Zoho administrator to support our client's Patient Activate team in managing, optimizing, and extracting insights from our Zoho CRM system. Patient Activate is a product platform focused on streamlining patient outreach, onboarding, and engagement for clinical research and healthcare programs. .
In this role, you will serve as both the CRM lead and analytics resource owning day-to-day Zoho administration, building automations, designing dashboards, running ad hoc analysis, and ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure our systems and reporting capabilities support both immediate program delivery and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the Zoho CRM administrator for the Patient Activate team, managing user access, workflows, and system configuration
- Build and optimize CRM automations, dashboards, and reports aligned to program and business goals
- Conduct regular data audits and maintain CRM accuracy and integrity across integrated platforms
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for internal users
Analytics & Reporting
- Perform ad hoc data analysis using SQL to answer key business and operational questions
- Design and build dashboards in Zoho Analytics or Power BI using CRM, marketing, and operational data
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across teams
Data Integration & Pipeline Management
- Build and manage data pipelines to ingest data into the CRM and export data to external systems such as data warehouses or analytics workbenches
- Develop and maintain data integrations using APIs to and from the CRM and other platforms
- Scope, implement, and test new integrations
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements to support scale and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and implement system enhancements
- Document workflows, integrations, and governance practices to support knowledge-sharing
Qualifications
- 2 4 years of CRM experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM
- Experience in analytics and reporting, including strong skills in dashboard/report building using Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience supporting internal operations or product teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly across teams
- Comfort with data management, process mapping, and workflow automation
- Preferred: Zoho suite tools (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics)
- Preferred: Familiarity with API-based integrations and data flows between systems
- Preferred: Background in digital health, patient engagement, or services delivery
- Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, or Slack
