Must have Lead experience clearly present on resume.

MUST have SAP Hybris-based e-commerce solutions experience.

Team in the US + team in India (they work very closely with) Daily calls with all team members, following agile methodologies, working closely with team lead and technical teams, ability to handle tasks from production support team (looking at the logs). Ad hoc tasks from troubleshooting the app - looking at the app, etc. Development support and replat form effort. Using Java Spring Boot - ADP Authentication using azure functions.

They use Hybris ECOMM must have some sort of ECOMM app support but open to any.

Job Description:

As a Technical Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and

optimization of our SAP Hybris e-commerce platform, with a focus on integrating web services

and leading the development of scalable, high-performance solutions. You will lead a cross-

functional team in delivering cutting-edge e-commerce solutions, collaborating closely with

architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to enhance the customer experience. A

technical background in SAP Commerce Cloud, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and Low

Code/No Code tools will be an additional asset in driving innovation and efficiency across our

systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership & Design:

o Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SAP Hybris-based e-

commerce solutions, with a strong emphasis on web services, API integrations,

and Microservices architecture.

o Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance in best practices for

both SAP Hybris development and system integration.

o Provide technical leadership in adopting and implementing new technologies,

frameworks, and tools, including Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and Low

Code/No Code platforms.

* Development & Optimization:

o Develop and optimize RESTful web services to support various business

functions and enhance system integrations with internal and third-party services.

o Utilize Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to build scalable, modular, and

maintainable solutions.

o Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the SAP Hybris platform by

identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

* System Integration & Collaboration:

o Lead the integration of SAP Hybris with external systems, including payment

gateways, CRM, ERP systems, and other third-party APIs.

o Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners,

architects, and non-technical stakeholders, to ensure alignment and timely project

delivery.

o Leverage Angular for frontend enhancements, ensuring seamless integration

between front-end and back-end systems.

* Quality Assurance & Documentation:

o Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, industry best

practices, and security requirements.

o Oversee the development and execution of unit tests, integration tests, and

performance tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the solutions.

o Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications,

integration guides, and API documentation.

Qualifications:

* Education:

o Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

* Experience:

o Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years

specifically focused on SAP Hybris development.

o Strong expertise in designing and developing scalable, performant web services,

including RESTful APIs.

o Experience in leading the development of Microservices-based solutions and

integrating them with SAP Hybris.
