The E-commerce Key Account Senior Manager (EKAM) plays a crucial leadership role in driving our overall e-commerce performance through two distinct but synergistic channels: expanding our direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence through the program and strategically launching and growing our brand presence on key account e-commerce platforms.
This role demands a strong understanding of both D2C and B2B2C e-commerce dynamics, a strategic mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)
• Oversee all aspects of the affiliate program, including strategic planning, marketing, communication, and team development.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive program adoption and engagement on ecommerce site.
• Create and maintain playbooks and guidelines to ensure consistent execution of the program.
• Continuously optimize the program based on performance analysis and identify areas for enhancement.
• Manage the relationship with the 3rd party vendor.
• Oversee customer service support for the program.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing and training resources for the program.
II. Key Account E-Commerce Platform Development:
• Spearhead the strategic launch of products on key account e-commerce sites. This includes developing the go-to-market strategy, identifying suitable partners, and collaborating with the sales team on contract development.
• Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies for key e-commerce partners.
• Collaborate with sales, education, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing growth within key accounts.
• Develop and maintain playbooks and guidelines for key account e-commerce engagement to ensure consistency and best practice sharing.
• Analyze key account performance, identify trends and opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners.
III. Overall E-Commerce Leadership:
• Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the e-commerce space to inform strategic decision-making.
• Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding both Better Connect and key account e-commerce performance.
