Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced eDiscovery Analyst demonstrating mastery of
technical practices for legal professionals. As an eDiscovery Analyst, you will work under the
Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and adhere to eDiscovery standards. You will utilize
standardized eDiscovery software tools like Relativity, Clearwell, and Concordance, ensuring complete
and accurate project documentation. Your responsibilities include identifying, preserving, collecting,
and producing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) in response to discovery requests, managing
eDiscovery production, and preparing data analysis reports. You will ensure proper data handling
procedures and chain of custody, assist with the eDiscovery process from ingestion to data archiving,
conduct complex Boolean searches, and generate reports in Relativity. You will process, ingest,
integrate, and organize native files from digital media sources, maintain daily client contact, and work
in high-pressure, court deadline-driven environments. Additionally, you will identify and address data
quality issues, provide expert witness testimony as needed, and perform other laboratory functions as
assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize standardized eDiscovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise tools.
  • Ensure complete and accurate project documentation is created and maintained.
  • Identify, preserve, collect, and produce Electronically Stored Information (ESI) in response to discovery requests.
  • Manage eDiscovery production and prepare data analysis reports and documentation.
  • Ensure proper data handling procedures and chain of custody.
  • Assist with the eDiscovery process from ingestion to production of eDiscovery materials, up to and through data archiving.
  • Conduct complex Boolean searches and generate reports in an eDiscovery platform, currently Relativity.
  • Process, ingest, integrate, and organize native files and load data from digital media sources into an eDiscovery platform, currently Relativity.
  • Maintain daily client contact and work in high-pressure court deadline-driven environments.
  • Identify and address data quality issues.
  • Provide expert witness testimony as needed.
  • Perform other laboratory functions as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At a minimum, shall have a Bachelor s degree from an accredited University or foreign equivalent with a minimum of 24 credit hours in computer science, engineering, or mathematics. Exceptional candidates for eDiscovery Analyst without a Bachelor s degree or without the requisite credit hours shall have equivalent years performing either digital forensics or eDiscovery, and have experience with standardized eDiscovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise eDiscovery tools.

  • Candidate must have betwwen 1-3 years of eDiscovery experience. Candidates shall have experience in the use of standardized eDiscovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise tools.

  • All new candidates for eDiscovery Analysts need to be able to pass a laboratory defined skills test prior to starting. This skills test may consist of a proctored written test, hands on practical test, written report, or combinations thereof.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Relativity experience.
