Job Description:
Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 to lead and manage multiple enterprise-level initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and reporting while coordinating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
PMP Certification (Mandatory must be listed on resume)
10+ years of Project Management experience
Experience managing multiple large-scale projects
Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
Expertise in risk, issue, and dependency management
Ability to develop project charters, work plans, SOWs, and status reports
Strong stakeholder and executive communication
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
Proven ability to remove project blockers and drive delivery
Preferred Skills:
Experience creating executive presentations and briefing documents
Weekly status reporting and escalation management
Experience in large enterprise or government environments
