DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as subject matter expert for on-premise Dynamics 365 projects from inception to completion.Helps define and assist in the implementation of the Dynamics Customer Service toolset, build processes and configurations.Driven to share their knowledge with others, helping to guide technical conversations in a productive manner.Deep understanding of Dynamics Customer Services framework and its integrations.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this position successfully, an ind
