RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Compliance Manager in Draper, UT. Overview: The IT Compliance Manager IV will serve as a Lead individual contributor supporting SOX IT compliance during a high-volume audit period. The role partners closely with IT, Security, Internal Audit, SOX PMO, business stakeholders, and external auditors (PwC). The ideal candidate brings deep experience in SOX 404, IT General Controls, secure SDLC practices, and audit coordination within Azure-h
