Amy Heidersbach is a Denver-born world traveler who embraces her Midwestern values and risk-tolerant nature in equal measure. In life, Amy is guided by two central tenants – curiosity and connection. In business, she’s a champion for the oft-misunderstood, ever-changing practice of Marketing and is equally passionate about leading in a whole-brained, whole-hearted way that encourages people and teams to unleash their full potential.
Amy has been leading Marketing, Community and Ecommerce teams across a variety of B2B, B2C and Marketplace businesses – including Visa, PayPal, X.commerce, Magento, Capital One, CareerBuilder, Alteryx and Persado. She is currently Chief Marketing Officer at DHI Group – the company behind two specialized talent marketplaces, Dice.com and ClearanceJobs.com. During her three decades of experience, Amy and her teams have driven more than $1.2B in revenue.
Amy has been an active advocate and sponsor of DEIB initiatives throughout her career. At PayPal, she was a founding member and mentor in its global WIT (Women in Technology) program. She was also the founding Executive Sponsor of the Women & Allies ERG at both Capital One and Alteryx.
Amy’s advisory and board experience includes ICR’s Growth Practice, Founders Mark, NameLab, Helping Hands Community and Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain.
Amy lives in the Berkeley neighborhood in Denver with her husband, Michael Barr, and their beloved “doghter”, Bonnie.
