Servicepoint has a customer seeking a Network Technician for a 2 month 100% onsite position working 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday in Elsmere Kentucky. The Resource will take work direction from the Client, however, will be focused around the following:
- Perform onsite technical support and maintenance tasks for data center and IT infrastructure
- Provide remote and onsite support for end-users
- Perform regular maintenance and update tasks such as network hardware upgrades, patching, backups
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Assist with the installation and configuration of various hardware and software components
- Conduct preventive maintenance on the equipment
- Collaborate with technology teams and third-party vendors to resolve problems and maintain the infrastructure
Qualifications:
- 4+ years professional experience
- Network hardware configuration and troubleshooting background
- LAN/WAN background required
- Background with routers and switches
- Data Center background highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
