Job Details
Title: Product Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Fulltime
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop product vision and technical roadmap aligned with business goals
- Build key vendor and partner relationships
- Lead rollouts of new platforms and features
- Drive product innovation and identify enhancement opportunities
People Management
- Lead and mentor Product and Design teams
- Foster individual team member growth and development
- Collaborate as a peer with clients executive leadership team
- Contribute to company culture and leadership foundation
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 5+ years in product management with proven strategy experience
- Team leadership experience managing product managers and designers
- Financial services background, preferably fixed insurance
