Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance for SaaS applications and ensure smooth operations for our clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities:

Deliver technical support for SaaS applications, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining system reliability.

Investigate and diagnose software problems, collaborating with development teams to implement solutions.

Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring for supported applications.

Create comprehensive documentation for support activities, including troubleshooting procedures and user guides.

Assist in deploying new software applications and updates, ensuring seamless integration.

Provide training and guidance to users on application functionality and best practices.

Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with IT staff to maintain system security and ensure data integrity.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support during critical incidents.

Coordinate with external vendors to address third-party application-related concerns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a similar technical role.

Proficiency in troubleshooting SaaS applications and resolving technical issues.

Strong communication skills to effectively assist both technical and non-technical users.

Familiarity with system administration and database management.

Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell is a plus.

Knowledge of IT service management tools.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
