Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior SAP BRIM Consultant with deep expertise in FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) and Convergent Invoicing. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end configuration, integration, and support of billing and invoicing processes within the SAP BRIM landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

FICA Configuration: Set up and manage contract accounts receivable and payable (FI-CA) processes.
Convergent Invoicing Setup: Configure invoice aggregation across multiple services and product lines.
Billing Integration: Integrate FI-CA with BRIM, Mediation, and related SAP billing modules.
Security & Role Management: Define access controls and user roles to maintain compliance.
Data Separation: Implement virtual separation of customer and billing data for multi-tenant environments.
Payment Processing: Manage and automate incoming/outgoing payments and reconciliation.
Error Resolution: Identify and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies efficiently.
Reporting & Analytics: Build and manage financial and operational billing reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICA and Convergent Invoicing within BRIM projects.
Strong understanding of FI-CA processes master data, payments, dunning, settlements, and invoicing.
Experience integrating SAP BRIM with modules like SD, CRM, SOM, or Subscription Billing.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Experience in telecom, utilities, or subscription-based industries preferred.
