Job : SharePoint Developer
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite as needed)
Work Environment: Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online

The seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and deploy a Microsoft SharePoint Employee Resource Hub within the Microsoft 365 environment. The hub will serve as a secure, user-friendly intranet for internal communication, collaboration, and resource management across all divisions.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement SharePoint Online sites, pages, and workflows based on agency requirements.
Develop responsive, branded site designs and landing pages for multiple divisions.
Configure permissions, search functionality, and site collections.
Implement governance, compliance, and security standards (Azure AD, SSO).
Conduct testing, documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide training and post-launch support for administrators and content contributors.
Collaborate with IT and Public Affairs teams for ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Expertise in Azure Active Directory, Power Platform, and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience in UI/UX design and site branding.
Knowledge of security and governance best practices.
Excellent communication, documentation, and testing skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ADA/Section 508 compliance.
Experience creating intranet portals for government or large enterprise environments.
