OT Compliance Analyst

Your new role
As the Maritime Cyber Safety Senior Compliance Analyst, you will support the Director of Maritime Cyber Safety Compliance in developing and implementing global cybersecurity compliance frameworks. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of Operational Technology (OT) systems across all brands and ensuring adherence to international maritime cybersecurity regulations. You'll lead initiatives in risk assessment, compliance documentation, regulatory mapping, and training development, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain global maritime cybersecurity compliance frameworks and strategies
Draft and manage compliance documentation including audit checklists and procedures
Map controls to international regulations and standards (IMO, IACS, ISM Code, etc.)
Conduct maturity assessments, risk assessments, and gap analyses
Track regulatory changes and advise on operational impacts
Coordinate exemption processes for evaluating and mitigating risk
Create and deliver training and awareness content (webinars, materials, videos)
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Maritime Technical Operations
Participate in incident response efforts related to compliance issues
Monitor and report on compliance metrics across operating units
Mentor junior compliance team members and promote continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management
Strong knowledge of international maritime cybersecurity regulations and standards
Experience with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and IEC-62443
Background in OT systems-experience in cruise or maritime industry preferred
Business analytics and project coordination experience
Cybersecurity governance and risk-focused mindset
Ability to whiteboard solutions and communicate clearly across teams
Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and mentoring capabilities
Familiarity with compliance tools and incident response protocols
Experience working in a multinational corporation
