Role Overview & Context
Project Manager (Digital & E-commerce)
We are looking for a Mid–Senior Project Manager with strong Digital and E-commerce experience to manage end-to-end delivery of web and e-commerce initiatives, working closely with cross-functional and client stakeholders.
Location: United States – Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital and e-commerce projects from planning to delivery
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with UX/UI, Engineering, QA, Marketing, and Business teams
- Deliver projects across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, SFCC, etc.)
- Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Provide clear status reporting and stakeholder communication
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–9 years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years in Digital / E-commerce projects
- Overall 12+ yrs of experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows and integrations
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience with global clients and distributed teams
- Exposure to headless or composable commerce
- PMP / CSM certification
