Senior Analyst, CRM Analytics - Contract - Remote - $45.00 - $50.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst, CRM Analytics for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
Act as the central authority on marketing data architecture and technological capabilities, ensuring systems are scalable and aligned with organizational goals. (20%)
Develop and promote a comprehensive 360-degree customer view, enabling personalized, data-driven interactions across all touchpoints. (20%)
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver technological solutions that drive measurable outcomes. (20%)
Lead efforts to continuously improve data quality, integration, and accessibility across marketing systems. (20%)
Evangelize the use of data and technology within the marketing organization, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. (20%)
Skills & Requirements
5+ years' experience in IT or Technical business function
5+ years' experience with SQL
5+ years' experience with database programming, modeling or administration
Experience in setting up a CRM platform from beginning to end
Experience with MDM (Master Data Management) technologies
Experience with integration patterns including web hooks, API, ELT and ETL
Experience with diagramming tools (Lucid Chart, Visio
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field
Pluses, nice to haves?
Expertise with Hubspot is a plus or Big Data tools and platforms (Snowflake, Big Query, AWS, Simon Data).
