Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Chicago, IL, on a contract basis.
The role involves supporting the IT Software Engineering and Delivery team by documenting support information for a suite of business applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong documentation skills and experience with generic technology tools.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather operational and support information for applications.
Conduct structured interviews to capture essential application details.
Compile findings into concise support profiles for use by support and delivery teams.
Validate information with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain documentation consistency and manage progress across multiple applications.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in a similar role within IT or software environments.
Proven ability to document technical and process-related information clearly.
Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple documentation efforts.
Proficiency with generic documentation and collaboration tools.
