Bachelor degree required technologyrelated field preferred
5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products (Agile/Scrum experience preferred)
Exerience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processesProven track record of delivering in a fastpaced, evolving environment
Experience with project management in a technology/software development organization
Experience crafting webbased transactional applications in Agile/Scrum methodology, including requirements, user stories, and project tracking using JIRA
Knowledge of the financial services industry and contact center/telephony space is a plus
Experience with APIs is a plus
Experience with contact center integration projects
Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms
Exceptional communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator, both written and verbal
Strong collaboration and consensusbuilding abilities
Resultsoriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
Proactive team player who understands how systems applications can solve business problems and meet objectives
Broad applicationtechnology knowledge e.g., SQL, use case writing, business process and system workflow documentation and recognized expertise in two or more areas
