Commercial Training Librarian - Contract - Tampa, FL / Hybrid - $60.88 - $60.88/hr

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Commercial Training Librarian in Tampa, FL

Role Description

Provide user support and data entry for the company's digital asset management system which serves as the central repository for all marketing materials. The name of the system was branded by the company as Content Central and is a SAAS system called a DAM. User base is estimated at over 69,000 worldwide. Team enters reusable assets including images, design files and metadata. Content Central uploads are estimated at approximately 20,000 files per year. The team troubleshoots issues for users worldwide regarding file retrieval or downloads. Audits and closely monitors system access for internal and external users.

Collaborate with internal training team and agency partners to build training modules from approved tactics
Ensure all metadata for image and illustration rights is entered into files
Ensure all necessary components are included with submitted files
Reconcile reports to ensure all files are uploaded into AEM system
Standardize metadata and taxonomy for asset entry
Perform file retrieval for user inquiries

Skills & Requirements

Customer service experience in a technical or systems environment
Knowledge of Macintosh (MACs), Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with digital asset management systems
Detail-oriented with a strong technical aptitude
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills demonstrating tenacity
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with managing asset library and associated metadata
Pharmaceutical or Health Care industry experience a plus
Library Science or Information Systems degree preferred
Experience working in corporate or business environment
Aptitude for business process and systems
Proficient with MACs, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with managing asset collection and associated metadata
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with digital asset management systems
