Develop and maintain integration workflows and data pipelines within the DuckCreek ecosystem ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
Monitor system performance identify issues and troubleshoot problems related to Duck Creek Insights and integration components
Stay updated with the latest DuckCreek product features industry trends and best practices to continuously improve integration solutions
Document integration processes create comprehensive technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities in DuckCreek integration workflows
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of DuckCreek Integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather analyze and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications
