Test Automation - Contract - Raleigh, NC / Hybrid - $51.15 - $51.15/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Test Automation in Raleigh, NC / Hybrid.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for UI testing.
Build and execute API test automation using Postman and Rest Assured.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across web and API layers.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Maintain and enhance existing UFT test suites as needed.
Senior candidate who can lead automation activities across all projects
We are specifically seeking someone who is a subject matter expert in automation and can drive new automation initiatives.
Playwright - hands-on experience with test automation for web applications.
Postman - advanced API testing and scripting.
Rest Assured - Java-based API automation.
UFT (Unified Functional Testing) - experience in maintaining and executing test scripts.
GitHub Actions - experience in setting up and managing CI workflows.
Jenkins - pipeline creation, test integration, and automation.
Strong understanding of RESTful services, JSON/XML, and HTTP protocols.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and test management tools.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java for automation scripting.
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in QA automation with a focus on web and API testing.
Excellent communications skills.
Experience working with onsite-offshore model
Knowledge in Wealth Management Domain is desirable.
