IT Project Manager T3 - Contract - Raleigh, NC - $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a IT Project Manager T3 in Raleigh, NC.
Role Description
We are looking for a highly capable and organized Project Manager to assist in the execution of a complex, multi-site transition of managed datacenter services. This role will work closely with the Transition Lead and other internal stakeholders to ensure a structured, seamless shift from our incumbent vendor to a new service provider across 11 datacenters in the Americas.
Support the Transition Lead in managing all aspects of the vendor transition program across multiple datacenter sites.
Coordinate planning, tracking, and reporting of transition milestones, deliverables, and risks.
Assist in organizing site-level readiness, knowledge transfer sessions, and service cutovers.
Maintain project documentation including dashboards, timelines, action trackers, and issue logs.
Serve as liaison between internal teams and counterparts to facilitate smooth collaboration.
Support onboarding and operational ramp-up of new vendor teams at each site.
Track service continuity KPIs and escalate risks or issues impacting business-as-usual operations.
Ensure documentation and process alignment for hardware procurement and solution integration activities.
Assist with regular status reporting and communications to leadership and stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
7+ years of experience in datacenter operations, infrastructure projects, or managed services environments.
Strong project coordination and execution skills, ideally supporting large- scale transition or transformation programs.
Familiarity with hands & feet operations, iMACD services, and hardware lifecycle processes in datacenter environments.
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional internal teams across multiple geographies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and documentation practices.
