Sr UX Designer/ Strategist (SAAS)
Remote but no PST candidates . Has to work EST hours.

MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS: MUST HAVE DEPTH IN SAAS UX Projects and a minimum of 7 years in UX.
-Service Design or Product Design, Design Strategy, Prototyping in Figma or Miro, SaaS, Conduct and Translate User and Market Research, Create User Journey Documentation, Design Tokens, Component Libraries, etc.
Our client is seeking a seasoned UX Designer to define and deliver the design vision and strategy for their proprietary software suite, supporting enterprise users across compliance, sustainability, and lifecycle management.
This role blends design strategy and hands-on UX execution, ensuring scalable, user-centered experiences across complex digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate design strategy, vision, and roadmap for .
- Translate research and business objectives into actionable design direction and high-quality UX outcomes.
- Create experience maps, service blueprints, and modular design systems to ensure UI/UX consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align design with business goals.
- Lead design workshops, mentor peers, and promote UX best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 7+ years of UX, design strategy, or product design experience (enterprise SaaS preferred).
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and experience with design systems and UX architecture.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
