Role: Azure Cloud Administrator
Location: Concord, NC (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)
Duration: Full Time
Role Summary:
The Azure Cloud Administrator will oversee the company s Microsoft Azure environment ensuring efficiency, security, and reliability. This role includes configuring Azure resources, monitoring performance, maintaining system integrity, and supporting cloud-based operations. Candidates should have strong Azure knowledge and a proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure resources (VMs, storage, networks).
- Monitor and optimize system performance and cost.
- Manage Azure Active Directory and implement security best practices.
- Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell or Azure CLI.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.
- Provide technical assistance and maintain documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT (AD, Group Policy, Windows Server, networking).
- 1+ year of hands-on Azure administration.
- Required: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
- Preferred: Azure Administrator Associate (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency with PowerShell/Azure CLI; strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Motivated learner with a growth mindset.
