ServiceNow Developer - SoFI - Contract - Westwood, MA - $60.00 - $62.50/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer - SoFI in Westwood, MA
Role Description
A ServiceNow developer is a specialized software developer who designs, builds, and customizes applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform-a cloud-based platform widely used for IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and business process automation.
Custom Application Development: Build custom applications using ServiceNow Studio or App Engine. Use JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create dynamic and responsive interfaces. Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer or Business Rules to streamline business processes. Platform Configuration: Configure out-of-the-box modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. Customize forms, fields, and tables to meet business needs. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce) using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, or Integration Hub. Scripting: Write server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes) and client-side scripts (UI Policies, Client Scripts) to control behavior and logic. Maintenance and Support Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure platform stability and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
