Project Manager (Healthcare) - Contract - Coral Gables, FL - $65.00- $70.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager (Healthcare) in Coral Gables, FL.

Role Description

Experience and proficiency with API Integration would be highly preferred (to integrate with 3PL WMS and ERP)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and support a variety of healthcare IT initiatives within a large, complex healthcare environment. This role will focus on managing software solution implementations across multiple clinical and operational domains, including Surgical Services, Respiratory, Sleep, Dietary, and ancillary non-E HR solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT solution implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and vendor stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports using tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence, and Excel
Oversee system integrations and ensure alignment with hospital workflows and compliance standards
Facilitate project meetings, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution of project roadblocks
Support change management, training, and go-live activities as needed
Ensure consistent communication with leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Requirements

Must possess 5+ years of project management experience in complex, enterprise healthcare environments
Must possess recent experience managing and supporting hospital system integrations
Must possess extensive experience overseeing project plans, releases, and full project lifecycles
Must possess proficiency with Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, and familiarity with MS Project or similar tools
Must possess experience supporting projects in Surgical Services, Respiratory, Sleep, Dietary, and ancillary non-E HR solutions, or demonstrate transferable experience from similar healthcare domains
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface across clinical, technical, and executive teams
PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
