Summary

A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a Qualtrics Developer. This role is ONSITE in Torrance, CA- a multi-year contract with no end date, W2 only.

Daily Task Performed:
Set up and maintain Qualtrics dashboards for real-time visualization of KPIs.
Configure filters, segments, and calculated fields for deeper insights.
Automate scheduled report deliveries to stakeholders.
Export and blend Qualtrics survey data with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for extended analysis.
Configure and maintain XM Directory, ensuring contact list hygiene, deduplication, and integration with external CRMs or CDPs for personalized targeting.
Validate vendor-produced dashboards or reports to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business requirements.

Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
Advanced configuration of surveys, branching, logic, quotas, and embedded data.
Dashboard creation, segmentation, and calculated fields in Qualtrics XM.
XM Directory management and automation of panel invitations.
Experience with Qualtrics Workflows, Actions, and Webhooks for automation.
Deployment and maintenance of Website Feedback and Mobile SDK integrations.
