Our client's Digital Services Development Team is seeking a Mobile App Teach Lead to help deliver innovative and meaningful digital experiences that enhance customer engagement. This role will be responsible for leading mobile architecture, development, production support, and solutioning across both Android and iOS platforms. We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with deep expertise in native mobile development, a strong grasp of modern mobile architectures, and experience integrating with third-party services. Familiarity with hybrid frameworks is a plus. Responsibilities will include the following:

• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor, the mobile development team to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Project Ownership: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications.
• Architecture & Design: Build scalable and maintainable solutions for complex business challenges.
• Native Development: Lead development for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) platforms.
• Integration & Security: Work with RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT, and third-party SDKs.
• Automotive Integration: Implement and maintain CarPlay and Android Auto features.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards through code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers and other stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills and Expertise:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile and smartwatch app development.
• Needs to have a deep expertise in native mobile development
• Must have a strong grasp of modern mobile architectures
• Must have experience integrating with third-party services
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs.
• Expertise in native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) and API integration.
• Experience with CarPlay and Android Auto.
• Proficient in debugging and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with MQTT and real-time communication.

Desired Technical Skills and Expertise:

• Experience with hybrid frameworks (React Native, Flutter, AngularJS, NodeJS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Understanding of mobile security best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Automotive domain and Digital Services experience.
