Exciting leadership opportunity with leading Utilities Contractor
Your new company
Reporting to the Vice President, Project Management, New England, the Project Executive, will be responsible for managing, directing, and developing Civil and Utility market throughout New England States. This position requires being responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations of the group including project performance and accountability. Further, you will work with the staff to review project status as well as proactively identifying issues that require immediate resolutions.
Additionally, this individual shall be responsible for the overall management of the preparation and submission of proposals and would be expected to participate in client interviews and negotiations as may be required. This will also require working closely with the estimating department on review of estimates and purchase of major subcontractors or vendors.
It's critical that, as a member of the Project Executive team this individual provides strong leadership and ensures that the company maintains its presence in the market place as a company known for its responsiveness, safety, quality, professionalism and integrity. It's imperative that this individual can work closely with corporate safety to enforce protocols and maintain a high awareness of safety throughout the workforce.

Your new role
- Interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
- Developing CPM preconstruction and construction schedules
- Preparing budgets for cost estimating and construction
- Estimating for preliminary design pricing
- Estimating for final construction documents and contract
- Cost control and change management for projects under construction
- Knowledge of building materials and products; knowledge and experience of the means and methods of commercial construction; knowledge of construction contracts, construction law, and bonding and insurance requirements; knowledge of constructions safety requirements and a commitment to safety as a first priority
What you'll need to succeed
- BS in Engineering or related degree or equivalent significant relevant work experience. Advanced Degree and Professional Registration a plus
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous complex projects ranging from $1M to $50M required; Experience managing larger scale projects from $50M to $200M a plus
- Must have strong skills in understanding strategy of the "Master Project Plan" with ability to anticipate issues and opportunities
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction cycle related to aspects of full scope of work, estimates, plans and specifications
- Be able to proactively influence and establish positive working relationships with clients, unions, subcontractors and BOND employees
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced
