Partner with Middle Office Operations to understand and document business and functional requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
Collaborate with internal technology teams and external vendors to define development approaches, project timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, risk matrices, and issue logs to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Design comprehensive test cases and participate in development and QA testing processes.
Build and manage strong communication channels with stakeholders to foster collaboration across teams.
Evaluate and improve middle office platform processes; contribute to the long-term technology strategy.
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure operational SLAs and key performance metrics are consistently met.
Identify and implement best practices for improving system utilization both internally and externally.
Serve as an escalation point for support issues, driving root cause analysis and sustainable resolutions.
Minimum 8 years of end-to-end SDLC experience, including business analysis, functional design, development, and testing.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with C#, Python, SQL, and Excel Macros.
Proven experience with a leading wire management platform (IVP Cash Master strongly preferred).
Solid understanding of systems managing SSI for wire transfers, SWIFT message generation, cash settlement automation, and straight-through processing.
Strong familiarity with payment processing and SWIFT message formats (MT1XX, MT2XX, MT9XX).
Background in business analysis methodologies, use case modeling, and process optimization.
Deep knowledge of Middle Office operations and credit instruments, including Bank Loans, Bonds, and Derivatives.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
Advanced degree from a top university is strongly preferred.
