Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect – AIOps / ITOM

Location : Seattle, WA (Onsite )

Experience Required: 10+ years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect with proven AIOps and ITOM implementation experience to lead architecture, design, and delivery across large-scale ServiceNow environments. This role demands hands-on technical depth, leadership capability, and end-to-end implementation expertise.

 

Mandatory Technical Skills:

⦁ ServiceNow Platform Architecture, Design, Development & Administration

⦁ ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, AIOps

⦁ Runbook Automation (RBA) – Preferred

⦁ JavaScript (Advanced – mandatory)

⦁ AJAX, HTML, CSS

⦁ Custom ServiceNow application design & development

⦁ ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)

⦁ Platform upgrades and instance strategy (domain-separated instances)

⦁ L3-level platform support & defect resolution
