Ring Central Engineer

Job Description:

• This is a cloud-based service that includes these modern features:
• Looking for someone who has experience with both systems and ideally been involved with one of these conversions.
• Ideally experience with RingCX and RingCentral MVP.
• CX admin and scripting experience is desirable.
• As part of the process this contractor will be involved with conducting site surveys with customers.
• Will need to be able to transition these surveys into actionable and/or configurable items.
• Need someone with great verbal and written communication skills. Great listening skills. It will be important for someone to be able to convey needs and information to others. Need to be concise.
• Experience working in large company environments is needed.
• Experience in healthcare is a big plus.
• Smartphone client, support for all BMCHS end user computing platforms (PCs, Macs, Citrix, VMWare), and E-911 compliance, while supporting the hospital's need for physical desktop phones and local survivability
• Cloud platform will remain up to date with non-impactful rolling upgrades that don't require our internal resources
• Improves ability to respond to new feature and scale-up requests from the businesses
• Allows us to engage with our patients and providers how they want to engage with us.
• Emerging AI features and partnerships
• Custom and aggressive SLA to meet the health systems needs
• Partnership with NICE/InContact allows moving to a much better contact center solution, including these enhancements over the existing infrastructure:
• Integration with Facets and Epic to enhance Patient, Provider and Internal Resource Experience
• Single vendor point of support for everything (PBX, contact center, call archiving, and app integration)
• Eliminates bolt-on vendors for some adjacent applications like call accounting to eliminate issues of figure pointing that delays resolution
• RingCentral is NICE's largest customer & support partner.
• RingCentral will support hosting & all applications.
