Required Skills:

6+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.
Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM and at least one additional module (e.g., Compensation, Absence, Time, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
Experience with Workday Business Process Framework, calculated fields, and reporting.
Proven ability to analyze HR business processes and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
