As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Digital Marketing to support the execution of our digital campaigns and help grow our online presence.
Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager Digital Marketing will work closely with the marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to implement, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns across channels. You will help drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility through a mix of performance marketing, content, CRM, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
Coordinate with creative teams for campaign assets and ensure timely delivery
Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure optimal spend and performance
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, bounce rate, and conversion rate
Use platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Data Studio to analyze campaign effectiveness
Generate reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders with actionable insights
Content & Social Media
Manage content calendars for digital channels, including social media, website banners, and emailers
Coordinate with influencers or agencies for brand campaigns
Monitor social media engagement and assist in community management
Email, SMS & CRM
Assist in the execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or WebEngage
Segment audiences and run automation flows to improve engagement and repeat visits
Track open rates, CTRs, and engagement to improve future campaigns
Website & E-commerce Support
Collaborate with the e-commerce and tech teams to update banners, product pages, and landing pages
Assist in on-page SEO and keyword updates
Monitor user journey and help in CRO initiatives (heatmaps, A/B testing, etc.)
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (retail or D2C brand preferred)
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Creative eye with attention to detail in design and messaging
Knowledge of Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS platforms is a plus
