Job Description:
Anthem is seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Scrum Master expertise to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication across multiple agile teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies
Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Monitor and report project progress to senior management
Facilitate removal of impediments and ensure team alignment

Required Skills:

12+ years of technical project management experience
3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience in healthcare or insurance domain is a plus
Strong understanding of SDLC and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
