Hours: Approximately 30 40 hours in the first month, then sporadic support as needed

Job Description:
The client is seeking a part-time Application Developer to support existing PowerBuilder applications following the departure of a key team member. The selected contractor will provide expert-level support and maintenance on an as-needed basis.
Required Experience:
- 2 5 years of hands-on development experience with PowerBuilder
- Strong proficiency in software design, development, and testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with IT management, team members, and agency personnel to ensure continuity and quality of application support.
