Responsibilities

Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM systems based on functional and technical requirements in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Work as part of a team to implement business solutions as defined.
Support the functional lead in defining integration requirements for Dynamics 365 CE with Contact Center applications, self-service portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
Ensure seamless integration, high performance, and efficient data flow across systems.
Assist in developing training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Promote user adoption through effective change management and ongoing support.
Provide continuous support, maintenance, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet specific business needs.
Set up Dynamics 365 Customer Service features including Channels, Workstreams, and Unified Routing for Omnichannel capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customizations and integrations align with functional requirements.
Build and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines following Application Lifecycle Management best practices.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology teams, business owners, project sponsors, and vendors.
Lead or participate in project team activities related to enterprise system implementations.
Work independently to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.
Follow all organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
Utilize various software and technology tools to perform assigned duties.
Fully document all work, including technical and functional designs, test plans, impact analyses, and best practices, following defined templates and formats.

Minimum Experience

5+ years of experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM applications.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities including Customer Service, customization, configuration, and user management.
Experience with Contact Center applications (e.g., Telephony, IVR), self-service portals, and mobile apps.
Proven record of delivering at least two Dynamics CE implementation projects for high-volume contact centers.
3+ years of experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service features such as Omnichannel and Unified Routing.
Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with ERP systems and payment gateways.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Azure DevOps (ADO) Testing Module.
Bachelor s degree in Business Management or Information Systems.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of SAP integration, ITIL/ITSM practices, and enterprise business solutions is an added advantage.

Engagement Requirements

Remote/virtual work environment, with potential for onsite meetings or training.
Occasional onsite visits may be required for project milestones, go-live support, or orientation.
Travel expenses, when authorized, must follow federal GSA guidelines and include proper documentation.

Must adhere to virtual work guidelines, including using cameras during meetings and maintaining a professional appearance.
