Healthcare Business Intelligence Developer- EPIC, Clarity, Facets

Job Description:

• Senior Business Intelligence Developer to assist in the building of reports and dashboards leveraging SQL and Tableau.
• 85% of the report development supports regulatory and compliance initiatives and pulls data from EHR (Epic) and Claims (Facets) systems.
• Senior level experience developing complex reports in SQL and comprehensive dashboards in Tableau is required.
• Strong health care industry experience is also required, ideally in both healthcare payer and provider businesses.
• Experience pulling data from Epic and Facets is preferred but not necessarily required.
• Experience with Epic Healthy Planet (Population Health) is preferred.
• Epic Cogito, and experience with the Clarity data model is also preferred. Change management system experience is required, Service Now is preferred.

Must have skills:

• Senior level experience as a healthcare Business Intelligence Developer (8+ years)
• Senior level Report development experience in SQL
• Senior level Dashboard development experience using Tableau
• Healthcare industry experience both healthcare provider and payer is ideal
• Exposure to Epic Cogito and Epic Clarity

Nice to have skills:

• Epic Healthy Planet experience
• Epic Cogito experience
• Healthcare claims/uitilization/outcome metrics is ideal
• Stakeholder facing experience
• GitHub repository experience (part of their future state plans)
• Databricks environment experience (part of their future state plans)
